A full section about service
The old website only had one mini page about deliveries, and one page about maintenance, both filled with content that didn't really point out this Sip-Well strength.
I created a full section highlighting the service as this is their main differentiation point. I showed the importance of great service & the unkown aspects of water cooler maintenance.

The service page explains what is included in the maintenance service: minor maintenances with each water delivery, multiple major maintenances every year, and faulty water cooler replacement within 48 hours. We end this page by mentioning which service is included or optional for each contract type.
The department page explains with text & photos how & where the major maintenances & repairs are done.

Having easy contact options gives an impression of good service.
Next to the general contact options with address & Google Maps, we provided direct contact options to every division, explained why you should contact them, and showed the team behind it when possible.

A userfriendly contact form
The contact form is mostly one of the first interactions with the company. Having a great form is crucial in the overall UX picture.
Each form starts with explaining who you can contact and why you should contact them. The phone number is always clearly mentioned on top & the bottom, should there be any problems.
We only require a minimum of information and explain why we need it. This industry is known for its aggressive marketing tactics, so to optimize the conversion rate of this form (the client prefers to receive emails vs phone calls) we made sure the email address won't be used for marketing purposes.
The forms have server & javascript validation, and both work with the same rules and validate immediately. When the input is invalid we state exactly what is wrong, and help to correct the mistakes with information and examples. Each field has multiple validation & help rules.
